The promotion of condom usage will only encourage people to engage in promiscuity and illicit sexual intercourse. That may be to the delight of the liberals, who do not have a care in the world for the enforcement of public morality. This move might “solve” the issue of HIV/AIDS, but it will just lead from one problem to another.
There is an Islamic solution to the problem, and its called abstinence. It is only Islam which enforces the law against pre-marital sex and adultery. No other religion in the world does this except for Islam.
